Peter has been taking photographs since the mid-seventies. All the images reproduced here have been captured since 2005 when he first bought a Digital SLR (DSLR).

Since late August 2007, Peter has been based in West Yorkshire and many of his images have been made within an hour's travelling time of his current home or his previous home in Warrington.

Other images have been captured on his travels in Europe and further afield.

He has used Minolta lens mount cameras for over 15 years. He moved to digital capture in 2005 with a Konica-Minolta Dynax 7D and in March 2008 he upgraded to a Sony Alpha 700.

Over the years, Peter has used a range of lenses. Currently he uses the following lenses etc:

Automatic Extension Tubes (Triplus)

In addition to the Sony DSLR, Peter uses a Ricoh GX100 compact camera.

All images are shot in RAW. The RAW files are first processed using Phase One, Capture One 4 with further processing in Photoshop CS2
